Refund & Return Policy

At Culinariq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 or 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).

  • Certain items are non-returnable:

    • Sale/clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/item was sent. If you need an exchange, contact us at culinariqco@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 14 day of purchase.

  • After this timeframe, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days  of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
